I've led regional marketing investments of USD 4M+ for 3M's Energy and Packaging portfolio across APAC and USD 3.5M annually for Mobil Industrial Lubricants at Omnicom. Beyond budget ownership, my focus has always been on maximising ROI, improving marketing efficiency, and aligning investments with business growth.

I thrive in matrix organisations where alignment is often the biggest challenge. At Omnicom, I collaborate with 50+ stakeholders across ExxonMobil and multiple agency partners, while at 3M I managed 30+ cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, product and regional leadership. Having led initiatives across multiple APAC markets, I'm comfortable balancing global strategy with local execution.

I believe influence comes from credibility, data and clarity. As a strategic advisor to the Mobil South Asia Pacific leadership team, I help shape annual and three-year marketing strategies and translate business priorities into actionable plans. I'm also part of the global leadership team supporting the ExxonMobil business at Omnicom. At 3M, I regularly presented executive dashboards to APAC leadership, enabling investment decisions through marketing ROI, pipeline and budget insights.

Yes. At 3M, I built the Asia Marketing Centre's content factory from 3 to 30 specialists, creating a scalable regional marketing capability. At Omnicom, I lead integrated teams spanning 20+ specialists across media, creative, technology, content and PR, while coordinating multiple agency partners across seven APAC markets.

Fast-moving, high-stakes environments are where I do some of my best work. I led the launch of seven TV commercials in just four months for ITC's Staples portfolio, and at 3M I successfully digitised 10,000+ SKUs across third-party marketplaces in nine APAC markets within a year—delivering a large-scale transformation while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
